- FOREFRONT Service Contracts system promotes greater control over managing
- service contract revenues and costs. The system has the ability to generate the
- initial contract proposal, the executed contract, schedule the contract visits
- for the year, create the work orders for the scheduled visits, and perform the
- billing automatically. The system allows you to setup the service contracts
- with the individual systems and components that are covered under the contract
- with the corresponding warranty information. The service contracts system works
- with the FOREFRONT Work Order software so that when you process a work order,
- the contract system will let the user know if that customer is under contract
- and no billing is issued, or if the system/component is not covered and a
- billing for the extra work is deemed appropriate

- Service Contracts provides you with the information through inquiry or
- reporting to evaluate if certain contracts are profitable as a marketing tool
- so you can inform your customers that they should be under a service contract
- because of all the extra work required over a specified period of time. The
- contract renewal/expiration report will also alert you of any contracts that
- need to be sent out for renewal

- modules in the FOREFRONT Construction Management Series, which reduces input
